The pastry choux can be flavoured with a variety of fillings; each choux is then coated with hard caramel that gives a crispy, crunchy exterior that contrasts nicely with the soft, delicate interior of the pastry and the rich pastry cream filling. Pastry cream is a decadent, custard-like filling made from milk, sugar, eggs, and starch. Our homemade pastry cream is rich, creamy, and pairs perfectly with the light, airy texture of our choux pastry and the crunchy nougatine. You can choose up to three flavours from our selection to customize your croquembouche. Our flavours are Vanilla, Coffee, Chocolate, Praline, Caramel or Rum. A croquembouche is a unique and delicious dessert that can make a memorable statement at any celebration. We regret to inform you that our croquembouche contains nuts, eggs, milk, wheat, gluten, and soya, and we are unable to provide special dietary options. With the exception of nuts as we can create the croquembouche without the nougatine base and decoration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. *Must be consumed with in 3-4 hours after collection*
